Job Summary:

Kevells is seeking experienced and result-oriented Senior Inside Sales Executives to join our Client Acquisition team. This role focuses on engaging with business clients over the phone, presenting our services, and converting leads into successful client partnerships. All leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients using company-provided leads
• Clearly explain and promote Kevells’ services to decision-makers
• Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of productive talk time each day
• Meet or exceed a monthly target of 6+ client acquisitions
• Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking in the CRM system
• Submit daily and weekly reports on performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Mentor and support junior inside sales team members when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 2–5 years in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or B2B Client Acquisition
• Education: Open to all educational backgrounds (Sales/Marketing preferred)
• Communication: Strong verbal communication in English and regional languages

Age Limit:

• Senior Executive Role: 22 to 32 years

• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Work Details:

• Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
