Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing B2B sales team. Whether you're a fresher eager to start your sales career or a professional with up to 3 years of experience, we offer you the platform to grow, learn, and succeed in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demo calls and engage with B2B clients to understand their requirements
• Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and other channels
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying customers
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach efforts
• Update and manage records using CRM tools
• Support post-sales engagement and onboarding if required

Requirements:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients and delivering product demos
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office software is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
