Job Summary:

Kevell Corp is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic freshers for our E-Commerce Tele Sales team in Madurai. This role involves engaging with business clients over the phone to promote and onboard them onto our client’s e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to business prospects
• Clearly communicate the value of joining the platform
• Handle objections and build rapport with clients
• Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets
• Update call outcomes and lead status in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Sales attitude with eagerness to learn
• Ability to speak Tamil fluently; English is a plus
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
