Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in B2B sales to drive lead generation and conversions in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential US clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools. The role also involves conducting market research, running targeted email campaigns, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize the sales funnel by improving lead generation strategies through

inbound and outbound outreach, specifically targeting the US market.

  • Generate and qualify leads in the US region using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls,

emails, and digital campaigns.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business

opportunities in the US B2B landscape.

  • Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, etc.) for accurate lead

tracking and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to nurture and convert US-based

leads into sales.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns tailored for the US audience to maximize

lead conversions.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to US prospects.
  • Conduct follow-ups, handle objections, and build strong client relationships for long-term

engagement in the US market.

  • Drive sales closure efforts and work towards achieving individual and team revenue

targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in a

B2B environment, preferably with exposure to the US market.

  • Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with

demonstrated success in engaging US prospects.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads and

sales pipelines.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence

decision-makers in the US region.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
