Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter based in Mumbai. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Daily tasks will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing applicant tracking systems. The role also involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
