As a Strategic Sourcing professional with over 5 years of experience in the Western market, you will be responsible for leading teams and overseeing project launches in the western suburbs. The ideal candidate for this full-time, on-site position should have a track record of managing teams of more than 50 members and a deep understanding of the real estate industry in the Western market. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role, along with a solid grasp of market algorithms. A Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Real Estate or Business, is preferred for this position.,
