Our offerings span across equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and other wealth management instruments. We are expanding our team and looking for high-performing Wealth Managers to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, people management, and compliance to support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.

Performance Management

Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records in HRMS.

Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

Learning & Development

Identify training needs in consultation with managers.

Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

36 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
