With an impressive client base, including HNIs and Ultra HNIs, Rurash Financials manages assets worth around INR 150 crore. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive the conversion of physical shares to demat accounts. Identify potential clients who hold physical shares and generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Promote and sell the companys demat account services to clients, emphasizing ease and benefits of converting physical shares to demat. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for physical to demat conversions. 2. Client Engagement & Conversion Process: Educate clients about the benefits of holding shares in dematerialized form and assist them throughout the conversion process. Manage and guide clients through the required documentation, procedures, and regulatory requirements for demat account opening. Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth transition from physical shares to demat accounts. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Key Skills & Qualifications: 1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. 2. Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales within the finance or securities industry.
