Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Bond Profile, located in Mumbai. The Team Leader will oversee and manage bond-related investment strategies, develop and maintain client relationships, and ensure the team meets performance targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing bond markets, and providing investment recommendations. The role also involves mentoring and training team members, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with other departments to align investment strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Bond Markets, Financial Instruments, and Investment Strategies
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Market Research, Financial Analysis, and Data Interpretation
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Financial Regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Its a pure sales profile
