As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end hiring for multiple functions with a focus on bulk hiring and aggressive ramp-ups. - Developing hiring strategies to support the organizational scaling from 320 to 600+ employees. - Managing the Talent Acquisition team, external partners, and pipelines to ensure timely closures. - Driving employer branding, sourcing optimization, and recruitment automation. - Establishing and tracking key TA metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire, offer-to-joining ratio, etc. - Initiating campus hiring initiatives to build a strong entry-level talent pipeline. - Overseeing large-scale recruitment for various roles aligned with business needs. - Taking charge of hiring for junior to mid-level positions across all business units with a focus on quality, cultural fit, and speed. In your role as an HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a strategic HRBP for business units, closely collaborating with the Founder and senior leadership. - Identifying people gaps and implementing HR solutions aligned with business needs. - Managing performance cycles, employee engagement, and capability-building programs. - Resolving employee concerns with a balanced approach that considers both people and business interests. - Supporting culture-building initiatives as the company scales. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - 5-8 years of HR experience with a strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering. - Proven track record in bulk hiring, preferably in fast-paced or high-volume environments. - Experience working in high-growth companies undergoing rapid scaling. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to build processes from scratch and lead teams independently. - Should be comfortable working on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
