Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Godhra. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee benefits and payroll, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role also involves strategic planning, workforce development, and addressing employee concerns and conflicts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
• Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws
• Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage
