Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Erode, The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and adherence to regulatory compliance. The role requires developing and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring strategic alignment of HR practices with business objectives. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will lead initiatives for employee engagement, training, and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
• Skills in performance management and employee training
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
• Minimum of 20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
