Position Summary:

HR [Senior HR]

Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
Coordinate and conduct training and development programs
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially
Support performance review and feedback processes
Lead or assist with employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in human resources or related roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
