Role & responsibilities Handle Recruitment end-to-end for all open positions including Junior and executive level positions. Initiate manpower requisition process and ensure the Recruitment is closed within the assigned TAT for a particular grade of hiring. Source CVs through various job portals, employee referrals and consultants. Schedule interviews of candidates with different stakeholders. Follow-up and coordinate with candidates or consultants during each step of the hiring process. Maintain and update Recruitment MIS Handling induction and onboarding for all staff members. Supervise off-roll life cycle management (recruitment, attrition, salary and incentive processing, etc.) Preferred candidate profile Candidates with good communication and recruitment expertise shall be preferred.
