Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle Recruitment end-to-end for all open positions including Junior and executive level positions.
  • Initiate manpower requisition process and ensure the Recruitment is closed within the assigned TAT for a particular grade of hiring.
  • Source CVs through various job portals, employee referrals and consultants.
  • Schedule interviews of candidates with different stakeholders.
  • Follow-up and coordinate with candidates or consultants during each step of the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update Recruitment MIS
  • Handling induction and onboarding for all staff members.
  • Supervise off-roll life cycle management (recruitment, attrition, salary and incentive processing, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates with good communication and recruitment expertise shall be preferred.
