Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Senior Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies and strategies, handling employee relations, and supporting organizational development. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing employee grievances, coordinating recruitment efforts, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
Experience in handling Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
Proficiency in all aspects of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
Keen understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Proven leadership and organizational change management skills
