Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires. Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for further processing. Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.
