Job Description

Summary: The MEP Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in civil construction projects. This includes working with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that these systems are properly designed and installed to meet all applicable codes and standards. Education: Graduate Engineer (Electrical / Mechnical ) Experience : Minimum 12+ years experience in proven Building and Site Infra MEP services design coordination experience in pre and during construction. Skills Required : Coordinate for final tender GFC / SLD/ P&ID , lifts, other MEP equipment coordinated services drawings updates and its releases prior to price finalization, coordinate with cost consultants for cost confirmation and its normalization vs budget sheet, validate / confirm all such submittals for final technical/design / cost completeness as per GFC shared prior to signing of commercial contract. Release construction drawings received from Architect to site to ensure execution progress. Site progress monitoring of MEP works, verify and clarify all site released technical queries in time bound manner also verify variations sought by site and resolve technical issues. Critical experience to read, quantity take out and execute tendering technical process using Revit 3D / 2D GFC drawings. Coordinate with technical consultant/ Architect/ procurement resource. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechnical Engineering or M.tech Candidates with 12+ years of experience in the construction industry, especially in Educational Schools /hospital and medical college projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
