e-learning, We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive for Recruitment to join our e-Learning team. This role involves 100% focus on recruitment activities, handling end-to-end hiring needs for our dynamic and growing vertical. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing fast-paced hiring cycles, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles within the e-Learning vertical Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for role clarity Create and post job descriptions on various platforms including job portals and social media Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and management Follow up with candidates and interviewers for feedback and next steps Handle offer negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure pre-joining formalities Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports on hiring status and metrics Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and data compliance Note: Candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less will be given preference
