Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, salary calculations, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Ensure timely compliance with all labor laws and HR-related statutory requirements.
• Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Coordinate performance reviews and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to payroll, compliance, and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
