Role Overview: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for white- and blue-collar roles. You will also maintain HR operations including attendance, leave records, HRMS updates, and employee files. Your role will involve implementing KRAs, tracking progress, and supporting performance reviews across departments. Additionally, you will identify training needs, coordinate internal/external training programs, and maintain training MIS. Strengthening coordination and communication between employees and management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Handling employee grievances, discipline, and ensuring compliance with HR policies will also be part of your duties. You will plan and execute employee engagement activities and work closely with the Director/EA on HR strategies, reporting, and process improvements.
