Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via job portals, referrals, LinkedIn hiring & networking.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements and plan workforce needs.

Employee Onboarding, Engagement & Culture

  • Conduct orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Plan and execute

    Monthly Employee Engagement Activities

  • Organize

    Annual Company Trip

    and festival/cultural events.
  • Conduct

    Periodic Employee Feedback / Pulse Surveys

    and take action on findings.
  • Address employee queries and concerns to maintain a supportive work culture.

HR Operations, Attendance & Payroll

  • Monitor

    working hours, attendance, remote/office schedules, and leave management

  • Manage

    Payroll

    (coordination with accounts team / payroll software).
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Ensure

    Probation Period confirmation

    Notice Period procedures

Performance Management & Policy Administration

  • Coordinate periodic performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Assist team leaders in evaluating performance and providing feedback.
  • Develop, revise, and implement

    HR Policies and SOPs (Policy Updation)

  • Ensure adherence to company standards and labour compliance regulations.
  • Support disciplinary and performance-related discussions when required.

Social Media Handling

  • Plan and manage social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, twitter and Facebook.
  • Draft engaging & creative content for employee birthdays, work anniversaries, celebrations, and other HR-led initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent online presence to strengthen the company brand and attract quality talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum

    3 years HR experience in an IT / Software Development company

    .
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, recruitment strategies, policies, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable with HRMS tools, job boards, and Excel / Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for HR processes to streamline and enhance efficiency.
  • Ability to automate HR processes and routine tasks wherever possible to improve productivity.
