We are looking for a PHP Laravel Developer with TALL Stack experience to join our dynamic and rapidly growing young team. The developer will play with +1 million records and complex job queues with the TALL Stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire). Write clean, testable code following SOLID principles and modern PHP standards. Design and optimize large MySQL databases and ensure system performance. Create reactive front-end experiences using Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, and Livewire. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, other engineers, and product owners (clients). Implement security best practices and data protection measures. Work on complex background jobs, queues, and caching strategies. Write and maintain unit and feature tests using Pest or PHPUnit. 🧠 What Makes You a Great Fit? 3+ years of hands-on experience with PHP Laravel. (3+ to 8 years experience) Must have work experience with TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire). Solid understanding of APIs, Microservices, and Domain-Driven Design and exp with Test Driven Development (TDD). Strong SQL and query optimization skills. Familiarity with AI-powered IDEs like Cursor, VS Code, GitHub Copilot. Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of clean architecture. Good communication skills in English – both written and spoken. Strong understanding of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy. Must have strong work ethics. 🌟 Nice to Have Experience with AWS, Laravel Vapor, or CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Redis, and scalable queue management.
