Job Description

Qualifications: Should have excellent working experience on Advance excel

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of HR operations staff.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, etc.
Oversee HR systems (HRIS) ensuring data integrity and proper record-keeping.
Collaborate with payroll, finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless HR service integration.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Manage employee documentation and ensure proper filing of employment contracts, appraisals, and other records.
Handle employee queries/escalations related to HR operations with professionalism and timely resolution.
