Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist with 8 to 10 years of expertise in HR, with strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves leading the full recruitment cycle while also managing employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hiring, understands organizational manpower planning, and can balance recruitment with other HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across levels sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures.
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain a strong candidate database.
  • Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring.
  • Actively drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Onboarding & Induction:

  • Conduct smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Ensure a positive candidate-to-employee transition experience.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive workplace culture.

Performance Management

  • Support appraisal cycles, probation confirmations, and employee feedback processes.
  • Assist managers in tracking performance and career development.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs and attendance.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, MIS reports, and employee records.

Preferred candidate expertise:

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of HR experience with strong hands-on expertise in recruitment.
  • Solid knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work closely with leadership.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable balancing recruitment with other HR functions.
