Job Description

Role Overview: You will be based in the Gurugram office as a part of the HR Team. Your primary role will involve working closely with Team Leaders, Professional Development colleagues, function and service line leadership to enhance team engagement, performance, compliance, and organizational health through holistic interventions. You will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to facilitate gold-standard processes supporting the people side of the firm's mission. Your responsibilities will include providing HR support to colleagues in your geography, collaborating with the broader India HR team, and leading innovation for HR processes across the firm member lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Provide HR support to colleagues in your geography - Collaborate with the broader India HR team and other teams in the People Function - Stay updated on relevant policy changes, trends, rules, and regulations within your HR specialization - Lead innovation for HR processes across the firm member lifecycle - Oversee the administration of key HR processes and programs in your geography - Support exceptional risk management and protect the Firm and Firm members - Support compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies - Provide advice and counsel to office leadership on a range of HR issues and policies - Lead collaboration and business partnering discussions as necessary - Hire, train, and develop more junior team members in an inclusive environment Qualifications Required: - Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) in Human Resources - 10+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience, preferably with a concentration in an area of specialty - Knowledge of relevant local HR regulations and issues, core understanding of HR Risk topics - Excellent organizational and project management capabilities - Strong communication skills in English and local office language(s) - Proficient in rational decision-making based on data and logical reasoning - Ability to create high-quality work product-focused materials - Exemplary judgment, discretion, and professionalism - Ability to deal with people in a fair, inclusive, and consistent manner (Additional Details of the company were not provided in the Job Description),
