Your Impact As a Risk Manager in our Client Service Risk (CSR) team, you’ll help shape strategies, advise senior leaders, and enable our Partners to deliver high impact for clients, while managing risks. You will advise Senior Leaders, work closely with Office Managing Partners, Sector Leaders, and other senior stakeholders to guide client selection and risk management strategies, helping them navigate challenges while driving impact. You will support the Senior Director, and Associate Directors of Client Service Risk on implementing regional strategies within Asia. You will be responsible for shaping Risk Approaches and provide day-to-day advice on risk issues, raise awareness among consultants, and identify patterns to develop proactive strategies. Your judgment will be critical at every stage, from client selection to project completion. You will collaborate Across Teams, Partner with colleagues from different functions (e.g., Communications, Finance, Legal) and groups (e.g., practices, offices, new delivery models) to address complex, multi-dimensional challenges. You will gain Broad Exposure while working across a variety of sectors and geographies, building expertise in emerging risk areas and gaining insights into dynamic industries and jurisdictions. You will support Regional and Global Efforts while helping implement risk strategies in Asia and contribute to global initiatives, working with colleagues across the globe. You will raise Awareness and lead efforts to improve understanding of risk policies and compliance processes, fostering a culture of proactive risk management across the Firm in Asia. You will enable Innovation. By managing risks effectively, you’ll help McKinsey continue delivering innovative, high-impact solutions for clients.
