Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and HR events
  • Help manage HR documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies
  • Accurately manage and update employee information in HR databases and systems to ensure all records are current, organized, and compliant.
  • Assist the HR team in carrying out routine administrative tasks and help coordinate activities that promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use AI solutions to make day to day working efficient
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in HR or Business Administration preferred
