Analytical Manager

Role and Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture. Strategy & Execution: Translate business problems into analytical solutions and drive strategic decision-making with data. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive results. Project Execution: Lead and execute end-to-end analytics projects, including requirement gathering, data extraction, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Insights & Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommend actions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical techniques and predictive modelling to solve complex business challenges when needed. Required Skills & Experience 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or client facing roles. Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Strong understanding of full stack data technologies on Data Engineering, Analytics, BI and AI domain Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
