Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Attendance Management

  • Monitor and maintain accurate daily employee attendance records.
  • Ensure timely updates of leave, overtime, and shift details.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to resolve attendance discrepancies.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately as per organizational policies.
  • Validate salary inputs such as attendance, bonus, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Generate payroll reports and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Statutory Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to statutory laws such as PF, ESI, PT, and Labour Welfare regulations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
  • Maintain updated documentation and support audits or inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in human resources generalist role or similar field.
  • MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of contract labour management principles and practices under various labor laws.
  • Proficiency in handling grievances redressal processes and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Good Analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and exposure in Hospital industry HR software's.
  • Preferably Male candidate.
