Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to draft, review, and update job descriptions
  • Conduct job analysis to define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
  • Publish job openings across job portals, social media platforms, newspapers, and campus channels
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and innovative sourcing methods
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Conduct structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews
  • Assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs for smooth integration
  • Organize and support Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives
  • Assist in payroll coordination, data validation, and attendance management
  • Maintain employee records, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support HR compliance and statutory requirements
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and prepare periodic MIS reports
  • Assist in HR audits and internal process improvements
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in conducting structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
  • Strong knowledge of candidate screening and selection techniques
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, HR databases, job portals, and CMS tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making ability in candidate evaluation

  • Working Days:

    6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturdays off + all Sundays off)
