 The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator (56 years) to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in managing HR operations for a 50-member team, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee HR operations for a team of 50 employees.
Partner with team leaders on recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Handle employee relations with professionalism and empathy.Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.Implement HR initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.Utilise GreyTHR for HR management and analytics.Maintain HR documentation (handbooks, policies, manuals).Stay current with HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5–6 years of HR experience in an administrative capacity.Experience managing HR operations for 50+ employees.Proficiency with GreyTHR and HR software tools.Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.
