Job Description

Toast is looking for Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to- employee data in the HRIS system.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
Analyze and report on HR metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Provide training and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
