Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Senior HRBP, located in Indore. The Senior HRBP will be responsible for day-to-day human resources tasks, including implementing and managing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves overseeing performance management and supporting the strategic objectives of the HR department.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
