Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying potential customers, researching their needs, and determining which leads are most likely to become customers. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Engaging with prospects through various channels to demonstrate product/service value, address concerns, and negotiate pricing and terms. Closing Sales: Securing sales agreements with customers, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Customer Relationship Management: Managing the sales pipeline, updating records in CRM systems, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to understand offerings and customer needs, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
