The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR-related issues, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
