Job Description

As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) in the banking industry, your role will involve providing expert guidance to the banking teams on human resources and talent management matters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as a strategic HR business partner to the banking teams, offering advice on human resources and talent management. - Developing and executing employee engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention. - Designing and implementing effective performance management systems to align employee performance with business objectives. - Handling grievances and conflicts professionally and fairly, ensuring adherence to organizational policies. - Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to attract, select, and retain top talent in the banking sector. - Developing and implementing Hire to Retire (H2R) strategies for seamless talent management from hiring to retirement. - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR services and processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 to 8 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the banking and financial services industry, specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. - Strong understanding of the HR business partner role and responsibilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. - Proven track record in successful employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues effectively. - Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to human resources in India. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
