Role & responsibilities

Senior HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Planning

  :
• Lead the strategy and goal-setting processes for assigned business units.
• Manage HR events and activities, including the execution of

  Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)

  and

  Reduction in Force (RIF)

  initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver regular HRBP reports, analyzing key HR metrics and trends.

• Recruitment & Talent Management

  :
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute

  referral programs

  and other strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with the site head and leadership to ensure alignment on talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the recruitment.

• HRBP Collaboration

  :
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with HRBP teams in Pune and other locations to ensure consistent HR practices and policies.

• Employee Engagement

  :
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve high

  employee engagement

  levels across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on matters related to performance, career development, and conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience

  :
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing performance, talent, and strategic HR initiatives (e.g., PIP, RIF).

• Skills

  :
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Location

  : Must be a resident of Pune and able to join on

  short notice
