Senior HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage onboarding and exit processes (offer letters, documentation, induction, exit formalities).
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS.
• Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and role changes.

Payroll & Attendance

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance/payroll vendors.
• Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Resolve payroll-related queries.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, CLRA if applicable).
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and statutory registers.
• Support audits and inspections when required.

Employee Relations

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
• Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure timely communication of HR policies and updates.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

• Manage HRMS data integrity and process adherence.
• Streamline HR operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Generate regular HR reports (attrition, headcount, attendance, compliance).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in HR Operations (preferably in hospitality, food services, or multi-location setups).
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll coordination.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
