Senior HR Manager

CloudMellow is a fast-growing digital marketing and technology solutions company serving global clients. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations, manage the employee lifecycle, and help shape a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance practices.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave policies in coordination with the finance team.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Drive employee engagement programs, training & development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Contribute to building a strong organizational culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with IT/Marketing/Technology companies (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
