Job Title: Senior HR Manager Location: Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh Job Overview: As a Senior HR Manager based in Arunachal Pradesh, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the organization's objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of local labour laws, cultural nuances, and business dynamics specific to Arunachal Pradesh. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition:  Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.  Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.  Oversee the onboarding process for new hires. 2. Employee Relations:  Foster a positive workplace culture.  Address and resolve employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.  Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives.  Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. 3. Performance Management:  Implement performance appraisal systems.  Provide guidance on goal setting and performance improvement.  Develop and implement employee development plans. 4. HR Policies and Compliance:  Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.  Ensure adherence to labor regulations in Arunachal Pradesh.  Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.  Ensure compliance with EPF and ESIC schemes. 5. Training and Development:  Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.  Facilitate workshops on topics such as leadership, communication, and teamwork.  Support career development initiatives. 6. Benefits Administration:  Manage employee benefits programs.  Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits.  Communicate benefits information to employees. 7. Employee Records and Documentation:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.  Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.  Handle documentation related to employee life cycle events. 8. Budget Management:  Assist in developing and managing the HR budget.  Monitor expenses related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement. 9. Knowledge of Labour Law and Statutory Compliance:  Stay informed about local labor laws and ensure compliance.  Interpret and apply labor laws to various HR functions. 10. EPF and ESIC Scheme Management:  Administer and ensure compliance with the EPF and ESIC schemes.  Provide guidance to employees on EPF and ESIC-related matters. 11. Grievance Redressal:  Establish and manage a grievance redressal mechanism.  Address employee grievances promptly and impartially.  Work towards resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications:  Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in Arunachal Pradesh or a similar region.  In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, EPF, and ESIC schemes.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.  Should be able to handle HR activities of Industrial sector, Agricultural sector, Hospitality sector and construction sector Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Paid sick time Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Human resources: 6 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
