Track funding rounds, token launches, ecosystem partnerships, and community activities. Work closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Listings teams to transfer qualified leads. Maintain CRM hygiene, update data regularly, and generate weekly research and pipeline reports. Share weekly research reports and market intelligence summaries with the BD team. Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence (preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS). Must have prior experience working in the crypto industry. Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Attio (preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM . Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain protocols, and Web3 ecosystems. Proficiency in lead-generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase). Analytical mindset with excellent research, data handling, and reporting skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent. Good to Have Prior experience in a crypto exchange or launchpad .
