Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, performance management, and compliance.
Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
Implement and monitor HR policies, labor law compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
Manage performance appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI setting, promotions, and succession planning.
Design and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Identify training needs and run L&D initiatives to strengthen skills and leadership capabilities.
Handle compensation & benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and HRMIS reporting.
Provide strategic HR insights to management through HR analytics, dashboards, and attrition analysis.
Foster a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and growth vision.
Requirements:
MBA/PG in HR with 3 - 4 years of experience.
Proven expertise in end-to-end HR management and people leadership.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRMS tools, and modern HR practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
