Maintain Recruitment Pipelines & Systems Build and update candidate databases, shortlists, and talent pipelines—especially for high-potential campus recruits. Use any ATS or tracking tool efficiently to manage candidate flow. Reporting & Metrics Monitor and report on hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and campus yields. Provide weekly or monthly updates to hiring teams. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Represent our organization at events, promote the company's values and opportunities, and ensure candidates have a positive, professional experience throughout the process. Qualifications & Skills: Experience Demonstrable experience (even 1–2 years) in recruitment, preferably with exposure to campus hiring or sourcing via job portals. Skills Strong understanding of sourcing techniques—including job boards, Boolean search, social media, and candidate profiling. Recruiting ResourcesWikipedia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—for engaging with institutions, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
