Policy development and compliance: Designing and enforcing HR policies that adhere to labor laws and industry regulations. HR technology and systems: Utilizing HR software and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Talent Management: Recruitment and hiring: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection. Performance management: Leading performance evaluation processes, providing feedback, and supporting employee development. Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Succession planning: Identifying and developing potential leaders within the organization. Onboarding and training: Managing onboarding programs and implementing training initiatives to develop employee skills. Employee Engagement & Culture: Employee satisfaction: Ensuring employee satisfaction and fostering a positive work culture. Diversity and inclusion: Promoting inclusive hiring practices and workplace diversity programs. Workplace safety: Supporting employee health and safety by assessing risks and implementing safety measures. Communication: Effectively communicating HR policies and initiatives to employees. Financial & Compliance: Compensation and benefits: Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages. Payroll: Managing payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Legal compliance: Ensuring HR practices adhere to labor laws and regulations. Data analysis: Utilizing HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve workforce efficiency.
