Job Description

You will be responsible for executing HR operations from hire to retire, including tasks such as offering letters, appointment letters, confirmation processes, and FnF processes. You will also prepare CTC annexures and explain them to candidates. Additionally, you will maintain employee files and documents for record-keeping purposes. Furthermore, you will manage timely attendance, leave, and overtime records using software and Excel. Handling employee grievances related to salary, PF, ESIC, PT, FnF, etc., and bringing them to a fruitful conclusion will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will need to provide updates on daily routines and HR operational issues to HRBP. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR operations - Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance - Proficiency in using HR software and Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle employee grievances effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Company Additional Details: The job type for this position is full-time.,
