Sr. HR Executive

3 - 8+ years

Full-Time (On-Site)

Kundli, Sonipat

Knowledge of Labour Laws & Factory Act is mandatory


Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Process and manage monthly payroll accurately, including wages for factory workers and staff
  • Ensure correct calculation and deduction of PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and TDS
  • Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and payroll reconciliations
  • Maintain records of attendance, overtime, leave, and other variables for payroll
  • Handle full and final settlement processes of employees

Compliance & Statutory Requirements:

  • Ensure strict adherence to the Factories Act, 1948 and related labor laws
  • Manage all statutory registrations and renewals Factory License, CLRA, EPF, ESIC, etc.
  • Submit returns and reports to government authorities on time (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Maintain all statutory registers, forms, and records as required under various labor legislations
  • Liaison with government bodies Labour Department, Factory Inspector, PF/ESI Office
  • Handle inspections and audits independently and ensure zero non-compliance

HR Operations & Documentation:

  • Maintain employee files and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
  • Prepare and maintain various HR reports related to payroll, attendance, compliance, etc.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring alignment with labor regulations
  • Support internal and external HR audits

Employee Relations & Support:

  • Address employee concerns related to wages, attendance, and statutory benefits
  • Educate and inform workers on HR policies, workplace safety, and labor rights
  • Conduct compliance-related trainings and awareness programs for workers and supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Factories Act, 1948, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity Acts
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS, and statutory filing systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Certification in Labor Laws or Industrial Relations.
