Job Purpose:
To lead the HR and Admin function for leading company of Ludhiana . as the company transitions and scales operations. The Senior HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for establishing professional HR systems, driving compliance, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, and coordinating facility-level administration and IT basics.

2. KPI/KRA Setup & Performance Management
3. HR Policy & SOP Development
4. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
5. Employee Records & Payroll Support
6. Licensing & Government Coordination
