Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead the HR and Admin function for leading company of Ludhiana . as the company transitions and scales operations. The Senior HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for establishing professional HR systems, driving compliance, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, and coordinating facility-level administration and IT basics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Manage hiring needs across departments (Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Dispatch, Production).
  • Source, interview, and onboard white- and blue-collar staff.
  • Plan manpower and support department heads in expansion.

2. KPI/KRA Setup & Performance Management

  • Define KPIs and KRAs for all departments.
  • Implement performance appraisal processes.
  • Prepare monthly HR MIS and performance dashboards.

3. HR Policy & SOP Development

  • Draft and implement HR policies: leave, attendance, code of conduct, promotion, discipline.
  • Ensure policy training and communication across departments.

4. Statutory Compliance & Documentation

  • Handle ESI, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Factory Act, etc.
  • Maintain compliance registers and ensure 100% audit readiness.

5. Employee Records & Payroll Support

  • Maintain employee database, contracts, ID cards, assets.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs with Accounts.

6. Licensing & Government Coordination

  • Coordinate fire license, pollution NOC, insurance, factory license, WC policy renewals.
  • Liaison with labour, safety, and industrial departments.

7. Vendor & Facility Management

  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, utilities, and general admin.
  • Handle admin-related procurement and service contracts.

8. IT & Asset Setup (Basic Level)

  • Set up email IDs, printers, and resolve minor network issues.
  • Maintain log of laptops, phones, and access credentials.

9. Training & Engagement

  • Organize induction, safety training, and policy briefings.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in HR/Admin role in industrial setup.
  • Strong command over labour laws and HR operations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), Word, HRMS tools.
  • Knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools for documentation/policy writing (preferred).
  • Familiar with ESI/PF portals, factory compliance, insurance, and documentation.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: INR 25,000 to 40,000/month (based on skills & experience).
  • Performance-based increments and responsibility-based growth.

Growth Path:

  • Opportunity to become HR Manager – Corporate when headcount expands.
  • Exposure to multi-entity HR handling (GR Pahwa Pvt. Ltd. + group firms).

Note:

Candidates who can independently manage HR systems, compliance, licensing, and day-to-day admin will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
