Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for nursing and allied healthcare positions in the US healthcare system. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance, engaging with candidates, and maintaining data records. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen qualified candidates for nursing and allied healthcare roles through job boards and social media platforms. - Review resumes, assess candidates" credentials, certifications, and experience to match job requirements. - Manage the recruitment process for nurses and allied healthcare professionals, including conducting initial interviews and assessing clinical expertise and soft skills. - Partner with healthcare facilities and staffing agencies to understand hiring needs, build client relationships, and provide shortlisted candidates. - Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications for compliance management. - Maintain regular communication with candidates, negotiate salary, benefits, and contracts, and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
