What You Will Do

Senior Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical components and subsystems for medical devices.
  • Conduct prototyping, bench testing, and design verification.
  • Analyze complex hardware issues, identify potential solutions, and evaluate them against technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform research and feasibility studies to support innovative product designs.
  • Translate design inputs into detailed engineering specifications and create comprehensive design documentation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify electronic components to meet design, cost, and performance goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of components, including monitoring obsolescence (EOL), executing design updates, and processing change orders (ECR/ECO/MCO).
  • Ensure all components comply with environmental regulations such as

    RoHS

    ,

    REACH

    , and other relevant standards.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during design, validation, and manufacturing phases.


What You Need

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Electronics Engineering

    or a related discipline from a reputed institute.
  • 4–6 years

    of relevant experience in hardware or electronic system design.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design processes, electronic components, and manufacturing methods.
  • Proficiency in

    Altium Designer

    for PCB design; experience with

    CAE tools

    and circuit simulation software (

    PSpice

    ,

    LTSpice

    ,

    SI analysis tools

    ).
  • Expertise in

    analog and digital circuit design

    ,

    high-power

    , and

    high-frequency circuits

    with low EMI emissions.
  • Hands-on experience with

    testing instruments

    ,

    soldering/desoldering

    , and circuit troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with

    FPGA

    and

    embedded systems

    .


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of

    controlled impedance

    and

    high-speed trace routing techniques

  • Experience designing

    multi-layer PCBs

  • Familiarity with
